Our repertory ensemble model is unique in the UK and places early career singers at its heart, providing a richly supportive environment at the stage when careers are so precarious. Professional development and support is integrated with all receiving one-to-one or small group coaching and mentoring, and the same fair and transparent weekly pay.

Our vision is to be the West of England’s premier professional opera company, recognised both nationally and internationally for the quality, character and intimacy of our productions. We aim to promote and improve the appreciation of performing and visual arts in young people through our schools outreach projects and affordable ticket offers.
